Immuware readily integrates with most enterprise authentication services to accommodate single-sign on (SSO) authentication.
Immuware supports the ability to perform an ingest of your employee directory from your HR application (e.g., ADP and Kronos) into the application. Typically, this is done on a daily basis. The automated ingestion functionality works with CSV formatted files that adhere to a specific column sequence. We can provide both the CSV template and accompanying template guide upon request.
Immuware supports the ability to perform a daily ingest of lab results from your 3rd party laboratory partners into the application. The automated ingestion functionality works with CSV formatted files that adheres to a specific column sequence. We can provide both the CSV template and accompanying template guide upon request.
Alternatively, we allow employees to upload 3rd party lab results directly into Immuware.
Typically, Customers will leverage Immuware’s existing Azure Cloud hosting service relationship to host the application on their behalf. However, for those Customers that would like to host the application on-premise, the minimum software/operating system requirements are as follows:

These are the minimum hardware system requirements if your organization intends to host both the Immuware application and the underlying SQL database on the same machine:
2.0 Ghz dual core
4 GB Ram
30 GB free disk space*
Please note that these recommendations are based on Immuware’s Azure Cloud hosting setup. We strongly recommend that features already inherent to Azure Cloud hosting, like database backups and system redundancy to accommodate events like server outages, should be conducted by your IT team as well.
* This is based on the amount of documentation that will be uploaded for all the records. If a large amount of supporting documentation is anticipated to be uploaded to Immuware, then there may be a need to adjust the disk space size accordingly.
Web Browser (IE 11, Chrome, etc.) and Wi-Fi or wired internet connection. For data integration we will need to work with your IT department contact to setup an export file (or API is appropriate) and FTP server so we can use the data file within Immuware.
A username and strong password (at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 number and must be at least 8 characters long) are required to login to the system. We will route all requests through HTTPS which will either use the Microsoft Azure wildcard SSL certificate or there is an option for the Customer to bind their own hostname and SSL certificate to our service.
We will supply Microsoft Azure’s most recent SOC 2 Type 2 Audit upon request.
Our Microsoft Azure hosting model results in significant savings and benefits to the Immuware customer vs. an on-premise server model. The customer will not require the purchase or allocation of hardware server equipment, will not need to install server software, configure servers or maintain the servers and upgrade servers on an ongoing basis. This represents significant cost savings to you as a customer of our Cloud hosted Immuware.
Another major benefit of the hosted service is that it is scaled up for you automatically whenever your activity volume increases. Your internal IT staff are not involved in “scaling up”, adding memory or processors, purchasing more equipment, etc.
Customer data remains the Customer’s property at all times. All Immuware compliance data, including data for terminated employees of the customer is accessible by the customer at all times, unless other requirements are stipulated by the customer.
Upon termination of contract, Customer data will be returned to Customer, retained for 30 days return all data to the customer and dispose of the data appropriately consistent with NIST Guidelines. To request a different retention period, the Customer can provide written notification 30 days prior to termination. Immuware will retain no copies of customer data past 30 days of contract termination.
Immuware data is securely stored on the cloud through Microsoft Azure Services. The customer does not have direct access to the raw data. If the situation occurs in which the customer terminates the Immuware contract, we provide a complete database export for a one-time cost as outlined in the pricing section of your contract.
Microsoft Azure SLA states that their App Service will be available no less than 99.95% of the time. The system is set up to auto scale server resources in times of heavy load to ensure adequate performance.
During scheduled maintenance, the Immuware team will work with the customer to schedule the best date and time for scheduled downtime. We will provide no less than 48 hours’ notice.
Microsoft Azure uses Geo Redundant Storage for the database, meaning 3 replicas are kept in a primary region and 3 replicas are kept in a secondary region, hundreds of miles away. For instance, if the primary region is California, the secondary region would be Virginia. Database is backed up every 5-10 minutes and backups are retained for 35 days.
