What is a typical day like for a Customer Success Manager?
On a typical day, I speak with several of our customers, no matter where they are on their Immuware journey, I aim to ensure Immuware is adopted successfully and they are continually driving business value from Immuware.
I learn from our customers every day and get energized by their excitement to use Immuware to improve how they monitor and track employee health compliance. One of the ways that I can best serve our customers is by understanding their short and long-term goals. When I know what matters most to them, I can best serve them and provide the greatest value by partnering with them to achieve their goals.
What are things that you do to help our customers achieve their goals?
The way our customers communicate the initial rollout of Immuware to all their employees can be very impactful. We show them how to communicate the positive message of self-empowerment and amazing user experience that is achieved by our super easy-to-use screens accessible through any mobile device. In addition to Immuware’s automated welcome email, we assist our customers by creating digital banners and attractive flyers with QR codes to announce the rollout.
Another powerful way the CS manager advises is by educating our customers on the different dashboards and reports available. For example, when the Supervisors become aware that they can monitor their departmental compliance at any time, they become highly motivated to be fully compliant and as a result, our customer’s organizations achieve 100% compliance in record time.
What are some exciting projects you are working on?
One of the most exciting projects I am involved in is our new User Group Immuvators. We are thrilled to bring together our diverse, highly expert, and experienced Immuware users. The Immuvators will share best practices, and innovative ways to use Immuware, strategize and generate brilliant ideas to improve how to care for and service employee communities.

That’s easy, my favorite part of the job is when I contribute and am a part of our customer’s success in achieving their goal. I also truly enjoy speaking with our fabulous customers. Our customers are professional, compassionate, and incredibly hard-working. They make us smile every day when they tell us what a fantastic product Immuware is!
