Yes, Immuware readily integrates with most enterprise authentication services to accommodate single-sign on (SSO) authentication.

Yes, Immuware supports SAML 2.0. It is required that the customer set up SAML 2.0 authentication in their environment.  Click here to read more about Azure Active Directory single sign-on SAML protocol.

Immuware supports the ability to perform an ingestion of your personnel directory from your HR application (e.g., ADP and Kronos). Typically, this is done on a daily basis. The automated ingestion functionality works with CSV or Pipe delimited formatted files that adhere to a specific column sequence. Our specification guide provides all the requirements and instructions.

Immuware supports the ability to perform an ingestion of lab results from your 3rd party laboratory partners. Immuware has certified API integrations with several lab vendors. Additionally, lab data can be ingested into Immuware through HL7 or CSV flat file integration.

Typically, customers will leverage Immuware’s existing Azure Cloud hosting service relationship to host the application on their behalf.  IP whitelisting is available for customers who would like to restrict access to the application so that only traffic originating from the customer’s internal network is allowed.  For customers requiring even higher-standards of security, we can also configure an Azure Web Application Firewall (WAF), additional costs may apply.

However, for those Customers that would still like to host the application on-premise, please reach out to our sales team (info@immuware.com) to discuss available options

In order to utilize Immuware successfully, all you need is a web browser (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, etc.) and Wi-Fi or wired internet connection.

A username and strong password (at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 number and must be at least 8 characters long – these requirements can be altered to the customers security requirements, if needed) are required to login to the system.  We will route all requests through HTTPS which will either use the Microsoft Azure wildcard SSL certificate or you can bind your own hostname and SSL certificate to our service.

We will supply Microsoft Azure’s most recent SOC 2 Type 2 Audit and Immuware’s penetration testing results upon request.

Our Microsoft Azure hosting model results in significant savings and benefits to the Immuware customer vs. an on-premise server model. The customer will not require the purchase or allocation of hardware server equipment, will not need to install server software, configure servers or maintain the servers and upgrade servers on an ongoing basis. We handle all database backups. This represents significant cost savings to you as a customer of our Cloud hosted Immuware.

Another major benefit of the hosted service is that it is scaled up for you automatically whenever your activity volume increases. Your internal IT staff are not involved in “scaling up”, adding memory or processors, purchasing more equipment, etc.

Customer data remains the Customer’s property at all times. All Immuware compliance data, including data for terminated and leave of absence (LOA) personnel of the customer is accessible by the customer at all times.

Upon termination of contract, Customer data will be returned to Customer. Immuware will provide access to customer’s data per contract specifications via a secure SFTP site. Files will be available for 30 days, after the 30 days, Immuware will permanently destroy customer’s data. To request a different retention period, the Customer can provide written notification 30 days prior to termination.

Microsoft Azure SLA states that application services will be available no less than 99.95% of the time. The system is set up to auto scale server resources in times of heavy load to ensure adequate performance.

During scheduled maintenance, the Immuware team will work with the customer to schedule the best date and time for scheduled downtime. We will provide no less than 48 hours’ notice.

Immuware is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses Geo Redundant Storage for the database backups, meaning multiple replicas are kept in a primary region and multiple replicas are kept in a secondary region, hundreds of miles away. The database is backed up every 5 – 10 minutes and backups are retained for 35 days. Point in Time restores are available for up to 35 days, additional costs may apply for Point in Time restore (database recovery). Additional long term backups can be configured on a schedule if requested by the customer for an additional charge.
